At Constellation Financial Planning, we want to give you all the information you need about our process. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please email us at [email protected].
What is your process?
The first step is a confidential and complimentary meeting. This can be via phone, video call or a face-to-face appointment in our offices. The main purpose is for us to get to know each other a little better.
We will ask what you want to achieve and a bit about your circumstances. Then we will introduce our services that can help you and what benefits you can expect.
After your initial meeting, we will provide a fixed price quote to prepare your Financial Plan and the next steps.
In short, we want to make sure we are suited to working together and the value you receive will far outweigh any costs.
How long is my initial meeting?
In general, we allow up to 30 miuntes. However, there is no set time limit and we’re not worried if we go over time.
What does the initial meeting cost?
How much does your advice cost if I decide to proceed?
Because we provide highly personalised advice, our fees differ based on your requirements. After your complimentary initial consultation, we will be able to provide you with fixed price quote to prepare your financial plan.
You can download our information pack or contact our office for more information about our initial and ongoing fees.
